ABOUT
Hi, I’m Rachel - a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.
I work with competitive athletes - from high school athletes preparing for the next level to strength and power athletes focused on performance - helping them fuel consistently, recover effectively, and train with confidence.
After serving as the Head Sports Dietitian for University of Minnesota Football and working with the Minnesota Vikings, I now bring that same performance-driven mindset to the athletes and families I support today.
My approach is simple: consistency over perfection. Nutrition should support performance — not complicate it.

Every athlete is starting from a different place. I take time to understand current habits, training demands, and goals before making changes. Progress works best when it’s built on your real life — not an ideal version of it.

Quick fixes don’t build performance. I focus on habits that can be repeated consistently during school seasons, off-seasons, travel, and competition. Sustainable fueling creates long-term results.

Performance nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated. Clear structure, balanced meals, and consistent timing go further than extreme strategies or rigid rules.

Nutrition should support training, recovery, growth, and confidence. My goal is to help athletes fuel in a way that enhances performance while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
